I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what it means to be a “prompt” parent. Usually, it just means we’re the ones sprinting to keep up—the ones who need to be fast, organized, and on top of every school email and meal plan. But there’s a new kind of “prompting” helping me out lately. It’s about using AI as a helper to handle the boring stuff so I can actually focus on myself, my family, and my career.
This blog isn’t a tech manual. Whether you are a stay-at-home parent or a working parent juggling two calendars, this is a space to realize that AI is just a tool, like a washing machine for your brain. Our kids are growing up in a world where AI is normal; we need to embrace it so we can guide them and stay relatable as they grow.
What to expect:
- Quick Reads: Every post is less than 5 minutes.
- Sanity-Saving Prompts: Ready-to-use, copy-and-paste instructions to offload tasks immediately.
- The Goal: To give you back at least 30 minutes each week for a nice cup of coffee.
